 | The owners , Bill and Beverly Niffenegger have had the Old Apple Barn since 1995. They are both accomplished award-winning artists and each has been involved in the arts for over 35 years. While the barn has been a studio and vacation rental for the Niffeneggers for almost a decade, they decided to open it to the public in the fall of 2004. NIFFENEGGER STUDIOS Niffenegger Studios sample work can be found at Niffenegger Studios. Beverly Niffenegger has published 17 children books under the pen name 'B.J. Johnson. A former Hallmark cards designer, Beverly develops corporate logos and identities both locally and nationally and provides illustrations for major ad agencies. She produces greeting cards and paintings for the Old Apple Barn. Bill Niffenegger is internationally known for his computer graphics and is an author and speaker on Photoshop special effects. His prints and paintings and ceramic sculpture are shown in the gallery.
